Shipping Information

Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of receipt. During peak seasons, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

Delivery Options

Standard Shipping (£12.95)
• Carrier: DHL or FedEx
• Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
• Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions.

Our Returns Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all original packaging and tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Care Products (leather treatments and cleaning items)
  • Notebooks (especially personalised or used items)
  • Keyrings
  • Special collaboration items (marked with “X” in product names)

How to Return Your Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Email our workshop team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  • Details of items to return (name, size/color)
  • Reason for return
  • For exchanges: your desired replacement item

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.

Step 3: Package Securely

Use the original packaging when possible, ensuring items are protected during transit.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service—we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state your desired replacement item in your email
  3. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item

If your exchange item differs in price, we’ll either refund the difference or invoice you for the balance.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Refund Visibility: 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your Cambridge Satchel arrives damaged or with manufacturing faults:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photographs of the damage/fault
  • We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement
