Our Returns Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most of our collection, provided items are:
- In original, unused condition
- With all original packaging and tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene standards, the following cannot be returned:
- Care Products (leather treatments and cleaning items)
- Notebooks (personalised or used items)
- Keyrings (hygiene considerations)

How to Return Your Item

- Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state your desired replacement item in your email
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
Should your exchange item differ in price, we’ll either refund the difference or invoice you for the balance.
