Ordering & Account

Q: How do I create an account?

Simply proceed through checkout where you can optionally create an account to track orders, save favorites, and receive updates about our latest collections like the Cambridge Satchel X Matilda collaboration.

Q: Can I modify my order after placement?

As our artisans begin processing orders within 1-2 working days (1-3 days for made-to-order pieces like our Gloverall collaboration), changes may not always be possible. Please email [email protected] immediately with your request.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: What are my shipping options?

We offer two thoughtful services:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 working days via DHL/FedEx with tracking
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50): 15-25 working days via EMS
Processing time is 1-2 working days (longer for collaborations).
Q: Do you ship to my country?

We ship globally except certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Customs fees may apply depending on local regulations. Contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

Q: How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your satchel leaves our Liverpool workshop. Follow its journey in real-time – whether it’s a Cambridge Satchel X Pepa London piece or one of our micro collection items.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached. This excludes personalized items and care products.

Q: How do I initiate a return?

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and address (note: return shipping is at customer’s expense unless faulty).

Q: When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, processing takes 5-7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For exchanges, please place a new order to ensure availability of your desired item.
